Q:

How can I come up with a daily exercise routine? I need help

A: Take any opportunity you have that you are standing still, waiting, sitting, or whatever to get up and do something like leg lifts in place squats etc any simple excersice. Also start your routine during the time of day that you''re most likely to stick to, some people promise themselves to start early in the morning then they keep sleeping in, start at a different time then. Find a work out buddy too so you feel motivated an it will make it more fun. Also when you buy veggies/fruits prepare them right away (cut up and clean) so they''re ready and easy to grab when you feel like snacking. -get a fitness magazine to keep you encouraged and rip out the routines in there. You can run through the routines while watching...
Q:

daily exercise routine?

A: I think maybe 10-20 pounds in possible. Kinda hard to tell if you're a man or a woman, but if you start doing sit ups (girl) your metabolism speeds up and burns off food that you eat for energy. If you're a guy you could start lifting weights and squats jogs, those are really big fat burners. try to go for high repetitions not heavy weights....

Q:

How can I keep an exercise routine?

A: For me, it''s easy. I simply don''t feel right if I don''t do something active just about every day. It''s not too hard to cultivate a habituation to exercise (really an addiction to it, though without most of the negative connotations that usually accompany that word). Just commit to doing it every day for a couple months — force yourself to carve out a specific time during the morning and say to yourself that you WILL be active during that time. Your entire stressful busy life will benefit from the hour or so you''ve set aside each day to get your heart rate up, you''ll see. If you get that workout in, the rest of each day will seem immeasurably better and more manageable than if you skip out on it. So then, after a couple of months of forcing yourself to...

Q:

What is a good all around exercise routine?

A: I would just change up the routine to incorporate other muscles. Do legs one day and then switch to upper body the next and then switch to something aerobic the next day. Look on line for exercises that use different muscles so your not stuck using the same ones every day. Swimming is a good all-around exercise that allows you to not be weight bearing and works well as cross-training. Perhaps adding some walking would be beneficial. House cleaning is great exercise around the house. And it kills two birds with one stone. Continue to do your basic exercises: sit-ups and push-ups daily, slowly adding more reps always aiming for a place just...

Q:

What is the best way to get back into an exercise routine?

A: I find a pair of jeans or something that no longer fit and leave them in plain sight in my bedroom...sometimes I will buy something new that`s just a little snug. Having something that I want to wear that doesn`t quite fit motivated me to get myself in gear. It`s a little mini goal that isn`t super hard to reach = ). Update your music collection on your iPod.. I find music helps to keep me going and makes the gym more interesting. It also helps me to work out faster if I chose a beaty number.. Also, think of new ways to exercise, like taking up a new activity, whether it be surfing or cycling or skiing.. Habits take 3 weeks (is it?) to become established so if you can decide what you`re going to do, stick with it and gradually you will find it easier to maintain.....

Q:

Do any of you have a daily workout or exercise routine?

A: Apparently no one here works out… What the hell, Fluther In the morning and before bed, I do a serious of stretches and exercises: toe raises- toes straight ahead and toes outwards pliets standing leg raises- straight out, back and forward at and angle to stretch the hips more push ups (when I''m not so lazy) I run three days a week and I take karate 2–3 days a week. What crunches are you doing that has revealed your abs? @aprilsimnel: abs don''t appear until the body fat covering them has been reduced. No spot exercises will do this. I have no idea what these weird ones are called and looked high and low for names or videos or something but this is what I found. Sorry about the god awful name drop. It''s gotten rid of most of...
