A: Soup's usually low in calories. As another poster has stated, protein *does* have a satiating effect. If you're looking for something tasty & "fun", diet soda is a good way of obtaining flavor without the empty calories....

A: There`s a billion things you can do, and that`s the best part. A lot of things factor in with this topic, like age, metabolism, genetics. But diet is more important than you may think. As far as exercising goes, make sure you have short rest times, and be consistent. Work out 5 days a week, and there are plenty of non time consuming exercises. A: I know what you are talking about and I won''t eat those things. I think the best thing you can do is to buy your foods in their original form. No canned, frozen, prepackaged or boxed foods. Many people do not know that the government allows up to 5% insect parts in these foods because the company cannot control everything in the packaging. That also includes hair and feces from rodents. I knew someone that worked in a beer packaging plant and he said before they bottle it they have to skim the flies off.
