A: welcome to the club...nah just kidding....hehe well, one thing for sure, you ain't alone on this one...cause you and me and all other peeps on here are suffering on the same issues......I suggest, having a positive thinking towards people, they ain't gonna judge you if stop acting weird....lol and start doing activities that will keep your mind and body busy to achieve focus on life...you will learn to live w/o worries when your focus on something more important like, having a happy life or doing something you like....I suggest engaing in sports...don't worry if you feel anxious the first time...later on you'll learn to forget about it and just focus your head on the game.....goodluck...
