In addition to you fish rich diet are you including lots of dark green veggies, dairy, fruit and good carbs? At 33 you are still young enough to make improvements, but it will take time and effort..which you are now doing. In additon to lifting weights you''ll want to do weight bearing exercises too like walking, jogging, climbing steps.
