A: 1. All the time. I do Asthanga and if I miss more than a few days, my whole body hurts, especially the upper back and shoulders and my joints. Q:

Knee pain when Running?

A: 1. I suggest you see a doctor, that's not normal and you don't want to keep injuring your self. If you get an all clear from the doc, change your sneakers, use ones with a spring to avoid your knee from getting the full in-packed of you wight when you run. 2. Ugh, you just have to work through it. I also have knee issues; I need to have surgery...and I run a TON. I've just learned to work through it. Take some pain meds before you run, that helps a bit. And also stretch your knees good. I know this doesn't really help. Maybe you can go to a doctor and tell them about your issues and they will give you something for that specific problem....

Q:

upper back pain when working out

A: I do not think that working out through this is such a good idea, it can cause more damage. I would find a Chiropractor and have him or her evaluate the condition. If it a nerve related injury, A test called a NCV and EMG can determine the location and the extent of the injury. when you experience tingling in the hands and fingers it usually is the result of either a cervical disc problem and or a brachial plexus injury. Do your self a favor and get checked out by a qualified Chiropractor....

Q:

Sharp Shin pain when Sleeping?

A: I was just explaining this to another person, could be due to poor circulation, chair too high, not enough movement during the day, crossing of ones legs is a really bad culprit.  Try moving around a few times a day, if sitting a lot, either get a lower chair or a foot stool as the back of the thighs, when chair is too high will cut off circulation.  A low dose coated aspririn taken daily can also eleviate, but strongly suggest some activity like getting up every hour to stretch legs....

A: 1. Sounds like you just low strength in your lower back muscles. Do squats and leg presses in the gym. Core workouts will definitely help too. 2. Totally has happened to me when I have not skated in awhile. I think it goes away after your muscles build up. 3. wear a support belt. Q:

How to avoid lower back pain when running?

A: 1. you should try and relax yourback muscles before you run!!! 2. It can be from shoes, it could be just growth pains, hormone changes, even diet. Check with your doctor to make sure there isn't anything serious going on with your spine. Try different shoes. 3. I run x-c and track, ummm, it could be how you sit at home...I have back problems from doing my workouts, though. Or maybe if you use a backback...the weight could injure your back.
