Q:

What should I do if I think I have a sleeping disorder? would it be safe to take ambien pill ? Sofia

A: Go see your doctor first before taking any sleeping pills. You never know if you''re allergic to them or not. He/she can diagnose you a lot better than you probably can. sleeping disorders are often caused by incorrect breathing during the day and over-breathing in general...especially at nite. Our breathing goes unmonitered in the nite and overbreathing causes a dramatic loss of carbon dioxide. When this happens, insomnia, nightmares, snoring and sleep apnea are common. I am recovering from depression and I still have dreams at dark because I think sub consiously anything is bothering me, I dream about thru the darkness. That happens to me sometimes too but its usually lately...
