Normal progession is at site recurrence,mets to liver,lungs ect. ron. My husband had stage 3 with 2 nodes positive 9-08. We declined chemo, using supplements including Avemar, Essiac tea, curcumin, selinium, flax oil and cottage cheese, coQ10 and many others, more organic food, filtered water. So far so good. In my vocabulary a grade 3 is rather malignant (3 of 4) but to evaluate that I would need to read your whole pathology report.  Since your lesion seems to have been located 15 cm. from your anus it should be called a tumor of your rectum.
