Q:

Betaine HCL supplements

A: I apologize but I dont find any particular information on those numbers. It"s likely they indicate the amount of pepsiin in the product.   Therefore Product 1 has 1 part Pepsin in 3000 parts of the product and Product 2 has 1 part pepsin in 10,000 parts of the product, which (if my guess is correct about what the numbers mean) would indicate that Product 1 has 3 times the pepsin as product 2.  That could be why product two didn"t have an effect. This is general information and not intended to take the place of your trusted physician"s advice....

Q:

Betaine HCl vs. Digestive Enzymes

A: Well yes I do support the test however not many offices have the ability to perform the test, I would personally recommend conducting a complete elimination diet for a period of 12 weeks to assess stomach acidity production , that can be too much or less being produced.Always monitor how your stomach feels pst eating, the human  body is a great machine and will usually tell us when something isnt quite right, hence we often have cravings for garlic when we require an antibiotic. You can also take a  Betaine Hydrochloride supplement that is used as a challenge substance, when eating, to see if digestive function improves with its use. kaza...

Q:

Betaine HCL

A: Hi Barrymore, No, do not take them both. You either are too acidic, or you"re not. Hydrochloric Acid (HCI), which is produced by glands in the stomach, is necessary for the breakdown and digestion of many foods. Insufficient amounts can lead to indigestion. To determine if you need more hydrochloric acid, take this simple test. Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. If the indigestion goes away, you need more HCI. If it makes your symptoms worse, then you have too much acid, and you should take care not to take any supplements that contain HCI. Prilosec, Nexium, Zantac, etc. will cause harm in the long run, they mask symptoms and mess with your body"s ability to digest its foods. I...

Q:

what Are the Most Common Shampoo Ingredients?

A: Common shampoo ingredients include special detergents that trap the dirt on hair without stripping away natural oils. Other ingredients may include acids, lather builders, thickeners, conditioners, and fragrances. In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires that shampoo manufacturers accurately list the ingredients on the bottle. In listing ingredients, manufacturers usually use the chemical names for many of these shampoo ingredients. Soaps and compounds that trap dirt are commonly called detergents or surfactants. The chemical name for the detergent usually used in shampoo is ammonium lauryl sulfate. Some shampoos contain a similar compound called sodium lauryl...

Q:

what''s A Good Diet For Hypochlorydia?

A: Hypochlorydia is low stomach acid. Avoid foods high in fat or sugar, white flour and processed foods. Include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, fish and meat. Chew food completely. You should eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Preferably citrus fruits such as grapefruit and oranges. If grapefruit is too sour for you, try putting brown sugar on top. You can also section out the grapefruit and add golden raisins to it. You can squeeze the juice on top. I am not an expert, so please consult an expert before changing your diet. Avoid foods that put you at risk for food poisoning because your low stomach acid can''t kill off those bacteria....

Q:

is shampooing hair everyday,is depends on your hair type?

A: It does depend on your hair type. If you have straight hair, shampooing everyday shouldn''t do anything bad with it, though I personally wouldn''t recommend it. I would advise finding hair products that are made more naturally and don''t have the harsh cleansing agents in it, such as sulfates. Those really strip your hair of essential oils, which actually can make your hair even oilier because it''s overcompensating for moisture. If you are using conditioner, it won''t be that bad to shampoo. Just make sure the conditioner has moisturizers and once a week or so, I would suggest using hair oil on your hair to keep is soft. I know that sounds counter intuitive, but sometimes putting mo

Q:

is vinegar good or bad for people with excessive stomach acid?

A: don,t use it unless you want more pain Personally, I would never, ever drink anything that can be used to wash windows. I think it depends on the cause of your stomach problems. If you are not making enough acid, then the vinegar should help. Or you can get some digestive Enzymes that contain Betaine hydrochloride powder. On the other hand, if you have like acid reflux disease, avoiding vinegar would probably be the best. I''ve had friends try the vinegar for gastritis and they say it works faster than the medications do. I would give it a shot and see how it works for you. seems unusual, but when i eat salt and vinegar chips i never get bad stomach acid like i do with other foods. maybe there is some truth to it......

Q:

is there a natural cure for Asthma?

A: I don''t think so ... the medicine just reduce it .. never eliminate it though There are many causes of asthma, but it is generally due to a problem in the large intestines and adrenal glands. If you fix these problems, you can generally fix the asthma. You need to clean out your intestines and get rid of the years of build up that is in there creating the toxins your body is dealing with. I suggest the following: go to: www.healthline.cc (not .com) and purchase the following items: 1. colon cleanse (capsules) 2. instructions for coffee enema 3. HCL detox kit 4. digestive Enzyme 5. adrenal complex Then go to: www.natren.com/ and purchase the 3 in 1 Probiotic. They will ship it to you in dry ice. Take one per day....

Q:

I am a diabetic my sugar is like a rollercoaster please help.?

A: Hi I have been a diabetic for 22 years and just found this website about 3months ago. This is a great website for diabetics. http://www.diabetesforums.com/ I have read Atkins New Diet Revolution and if I had diabetes I would follow Dr. Atkins low-carb diet. I used to become ill after eating toaster strudel. When I started a low-carb diet to lose weight, I began to feel better, but I eat yogurt to regulate yeast productions, which is a normal part of bowel flora. Atkins low-carb diet does not make me feel deprived of eating what I like. I learned to like foods I usually didn''t buy, such as fruits and salads. I am 100 % happy with low-carb foods; they would probably...
