First I put heat on for about 15 minutes, try to stretch it out, then I usually put IcyHot on everything, but not too much cuz then it burns really bad. When I went to Physical therapy for like a year lol I had Heat, the stretching and all that work out stuff then ultrasound with stuff similar to IcyHot.
