Q:
what are the treatment options for low back pain?
A: 1. I recommend going to the chiropractor, it feels amazing! You will feel sore at first, but it really does relieve back pain, and after a month or two you feel great for several weeks (depending on when they want you to come in.) 2. go see a chiropractor. Dont go the medical doctor route with back pain. Medication will only cover the symptoms and give you the false sense that you are cured. I am a chiropractor and treat LBP all the time and many times after people have underwent surgery or a handful of meds. go see a...

Q:
I am getting bad low back pain what should I do?
A: 1. go to your doctor. sounds like sciatic nerve pain and that''s not going to get much better without some sort of intervention. don''t start with chiro though b/c you need to have a clear picture of the problem. you may need cat scan or MRI to determine if there is a pinched nerve or not. i have SI joint problems in the lower left side of my back and it radiates into my side. there are treatments available but you need to go to a back dr or ortho that treats backs and get a regimen in place. ...

Q:
I have a horrible sciatica, right side low back pain that has plagued me since 2001?
A: 29 Dec 2011 Have you had an MRI of the lower spine or seen a neurologist? It sounds like you have either a stenosis or compression of the L5 S1 nerve root. I have had this for 44 years due to a bad surgery that left damage to my nerves in my spine & they can do nothing for me surgically anymore. they treat the pain. You need to find the right doctor to check you out & find the cause in you back & then get the correct treatment......

Q:
low back pain/ Frequent urination
A: Dan, let me begin by stating that I have no expertise in primary back problems as they are in the field of orthopedics. In the field of urology, by far the most common cause of your symptoms would be prostatitis, an inflammation of the prostate gland. With this condition, you may have both bowel symptoms and lower back pain. However in prostatits, the pain is referred to the back...

Q:
Chronic low back pain with no diagnosis.?
A: 1. I have a small disc buldge and have pain EVERYDAY in my lower back. My chiropractor did find I have a short leg, might be worth a check, it also makes my right knee hurt if I don't wear a lift. I do stretch and my physical therapist and DO have worked on my low back and tried to stabilize my pelvis so I have had times of relief. I think disc bulges and structural problems can cause pain, I am almost your same age. Some theorize that peri-menapause increases pain levels and I have been told Fybromyalgia, etc. I do get massages....really helps as well as moist heat and ice packs on my

Q:
chronic low back pain
A: Rhonda,
First and foremost I am sorry to hear of your loss. I do believe that a miscarriage is a necessity of life. Realize you have an innate intelligence that resides within and it was your innate intelligence that allowed the miscarriage to take place. This innate intelligence realized that the baby needed to be aborted because there was something wrong. If you think of it that way it may be a blessing in disguise.
With that said I definitely feel that you are describing a textbook bio-mechanical problem that is present in your lumbosacral spine and pelvis. Your spine is affecting...

Q:
what should I do about low back pain?
A: 1. I don''t know, but I FEEL YOUR PAIN. (no seriously, I do have a bad back..) 2. I too, suffer from low back pain since a auto accident in 98. I have done all you have. A pain management will try to work with you to ease the pain. My husband was sent to a counselor to learn to take his mind off the pain. He was also given injections. It wouldn''t hurt to try that. are you doing exercises for the back? If not email me and I will give you several in detail. I also took a steroid shot and it eased me for a long time. I have heard there is a gold...
