Why does my heart race when I stretch?
A: Sympathy I have lactic acid build in my calf muscles that gives me cramp when i am asleep, i wake up in agony. Have you left the love balls up there? Stop being a pusssy- just stretch and quit the hypochondriac routine. Are you Jewish or summin? when you stretch, you''re basically contracting your muscles, which requires an increase in blood flow. to compensate, your heart has to pump faster. check url heart rate level... just go and vist the url.. check ur heart rate monitor level... weather it is normal... visit the url http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dysautonomia if...

Q:
Is it normal to hear noises when you stretch?
A: no that isnt normal unless your older hope this helped Demi Lovato There''s nothing wrong with hearing popping noises when you stretch. Speaking in reference to when people crack their knuckles, every joint in your body is full of a fluid, that''s what keeps your joints from grinding away and heating up when you move, and over time, a small bubble of nitrogen builds up in your joints, and when you crack your knuckles, you''re simply popping that little nitrogen bubble. Well something to consider is the fact that everybody is different. Different people get different amounts of nitrogen in...

Q:
MY lower abs hurt after I run for over 3 miles. stretching is painful and I feel my abs and pelvis hurt when I stretch my in
A: to reduce further injury, cut your mileage such that you don''t feel the pain. You may have inyury to your sciatica. "The sciatica is the longest nerve in your body. It''s formed by nerve roots at the end of the spine. From there it passes through the pelvis and into the legs. It''s branches go all the way to the foot. If you feel pain anywhere along the swciatic nerve, there could be a pinching somewhere along the nerve. This could be caused by a pelvi tilt or by pressure on a disc." (Runner''s Repair Manual, by Dr. Murray Weisenfeld) to test for sciatica, "While you''re lying on your back....Lift your right leg up, with the knee straight. Now your...

Q:
What is it that makes popping sounds when you stretch?
A: I can pop my elbows every 30 minutes or so. I believe it has something to do with a build up of gas in the joints.. edit: some good info here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cracking_joints. The honset answer is that no one knows. There are several theories of which cavitiaton (the implosion of a gas bubbles within the joint) is the most popular. when you stretch the joint you increase the size of the joint and so reduce the pressure of the fluid within the joint, this allows gas disovled in the joint fluid to leave the solution and form a buble. Immediately the bubble forms it collapses in on itself (ie implodes) and thats where you get the sound. Cavitaition within...

Q:
i feel something moving and when i stretch i feel something pulling all pregnancy test Negative?

Bowels movements can occur before or after youeat. These can be felt over the abdomen sometimes. It is nothing to worry about. But if you have anydiscomfort and want to clear the doubt, get an ultrasound examination done to visualize the contents of theabdomen. Take care...

Q:
Legs go numb when i stretch
A: you may have a pulled or torn hamstring (aka hammie). This is very common, but is in fact painful when you do it. You may have done it while stretching if you do not play sports. There is nothing you can do to fix it, it will heal itself. Just take some Advil, Tylenol, or otherwise and it will go away in a few weeks. I would not suggest stretching for a while. Doing nothing is a very bad idea! This will not simply go away by itself, and masking the pain of inflexibility is NOT the way to correct it! That is a recipe for even greater problems, down the line! You need to check out Pain Free by Peter Egoscue- that book...

Q:
Sometimes when I stretch my hamstings, my lower back hurts afterward. Is this damaging to my back?
A: I agree that it isn''t harmful to your back, and that you should try some lower back stretches as well. If you want to stretch your hamstrings without stretching your back though, place your leg on a support in the air (the more flexible you are the higher it should be) and use your other leg to lower your body, keeping your back straight. Make sure you are supported enough that you don''t fall over, and that the leg on the ground can support your entire weight well. this probably isn''t damaging your back, you are just stretching. hamstrings are connected to and therefore affect your lower...
